What we collect
When you join the movement, our form asks for four things:
- First name
- ZIP code
- "I am a...": Caregiver, Family member, Older adult, Healthcare or senior-services professional, or Other
We also record the date and time you signed up and that the sign-up came from this page.
The form has one hidden field that people never see. It is there to catch automated spam. If it is filled in, nothing is saved.
Where it goes
Your sign-up is checked by our page's server, then saved as one row in a Google Sheet in our Google account, goldenkeymovement@gmail.com.
At the same time, an email with your first name, email, ZIP code and your "I am a..." choice is sent to goldenkeymovement@gmail.com so we see each new sign-up.
We then send one welcome email to the address you entered. It comes from goldenkeymovement@gmail.com and uses your first name in the greeting.
This page and its server run on Vercel, our hosting provider.
The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers to get them.
Our page code sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
Purchases
The Golden Key Quick Reference Guide is sold through Stripe. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, by card or, where your device supports it, Apple Pay.
Stripe handles your payment. Our code does not read or store your card number.
After you pay, we use the email address and name you entered at checkout to send you the Guide. The email comes from goldenkeymovement@gmail.com and has a download link that works for 7 days.
We do not keep a separate list of buyers. The record of your purchase stays in our Stripe account, which is where refunds are made. See our Refund policy.
